Bettina is creative and on the move. Her professional career mirrors her curiosity, high energy level and constant strive for personal and professional growth.

Born near Basel, Switzerland, she intuitively chose to start her professional life in the hospitality and travel industry which introduced her to the challenges of cross cultural working relationships at the very beginning of her career. After three years she started to study law at the Basel University and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 1999. International legal inhouse work experience followed in a range of different industries (Consumer Goods, Pharma, Chemical).

In 2008 Bettina left her legal career to immerse into the adventure of entrepreneurship and started b.e. legal and tax recruitment in 2009. b.e. legal is focused on placing legal, compliance and tax experts of all seniority levels for international companies and Legal 500 Law Firms based in Switzerland. In addition she is teaching Swiss Labour law for International HR experts at the ZGP in Zurich since 2011. In 2015 she was certified as a Team and Business Coach.

Bettina was one of the co-founders of Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS) in 2014, an independent not-for-profit organization promoting the development of a compliance community across all sectors and organisations and the establishment and sharing of compliance best practices in Switzerland.

German being her mother tongue she is fluent in English and speaks Italian and French.
