Highlighting the Dos & Don’ts
The Swiss way of handling HR processes may differ from what is known and acceptable particularly in a common law environment. HR Managers with an international background working in Switzerland. To support and improve the management legal and reputational risks management we developed the one day “Swiss Employment Law – Dos & Don’ts” training in 2011.
The training raises awareness of HR Professionals and Line Managers to the most important Do‘s and Don’ts in the recruitment, retention and termination phases and explains many of the differences to other legal and regulatory frameworks. It is a lively and interactive training gathering HR professionals from all over the world and offering them an interesting networking opportunity.
… and as to our knowledge it is the only Swiss Labour Law Training held in English.
