For an international, mid-sized pharmaceutical company we are looking for an experienced lawyer with a Swiss Bar Exam or an equivalent foreign qualification. To enjoy and to be successful in this broad generalist role you are a passionate, energetic, entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on lawyer with exceptional people skills who thrives in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day to day legal support on all operational issuse and advise on, draft and negotiate a wide variety of pharma specific commercial contracts in particular but not limited to Co-Promotion, Co-Marketing and Co-Development Agreements, Distribution, In- and Out-licensing, Supply, Purchase and Lease Agreements
• Actively establish  solid working relationships with the international management team
• Advise on Corporate Governance and Compliance matters and handle the Corporate Housekeeping
• Actively manage outside counsel

Key Qualifications

• Swiss Bar Exam or equivalent foreign qualification
• At least 5 to 8 years of solid, practical experience gained in the Life Science Industry or in a Law Firm supporting Life Science Industry clients
• Fluent in English and ideally in German
