The challenges for international HR Professionals to comply with local laws and regulations steadily increase. The Swiss way of handling HR issues may differ substantially from what is known and acceptable in a common law environment.
This training was designed in 2011 to improve the management of legal and reputational risks by enhancing the sensitivity of international HR Professionals and Line Managers to the cultural and legal differences when dealing with Labour Law issues in Switzerland. It was constantly updated and improved.
It is about raising awareness of the most important Do‘s and Dont‘s, simplifying and explaining many of the differences to other legal and regulatory frameworks. As to our knowledge, it is the only Swiss Labour Law Training held in English.
