Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to the investment team concerning acquisitions involving asset and share deals in multiple jurisdictions
• Drafting and reviewing of and advising on a variety of contracts (including share purchase agreements, financing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements)
• Handling of corporate housekeeping and restructuring of legal entities resulting in increased business efficiency
• Monitoring and managing external (due diligence) advisors

Key Qualifications

• Admitted to the Bar (Swiss or foreign equivalent), LL.M and/or MBA a plus
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a reputable law firm with a focus on M&A, PE, cross-border finance, corporate and commercial
• Strong academic credentials
• Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in German, other languages a plus
