I would certainly recommend the Seminar – Swiss Labour Law in the Context of International HR to HR professionals coming from overseas to work in Switzerland and/or those based locally and working for the many international organisations based here in Switzerland.

Following the important stages along the employee value chain, this one day programme focussed on many of the important points related to HR Management here in Switzerland, particulary hiring, performance management and redundancy / dismissal.

Bettina and Alexander simplified and explained many of the differences to other legal and regulatory frameworks. The case study approach allowed lots of time for exchange and discussion, as well as as simplifying the surprisingly complex landscape of Swiss Labour Law.  Many thanks for an excellent day, which has really helped me a lot.
