Executive Search

b.e. legal and tax recruitment is a Boutique Executive Search Agency specialized in the placement of legal, compliance and tax experts.

Our clients are national and international companies from all industry sectors based in Switzerland, as well as midsized and Legal 500 Law Firms.

Our candidates are multilingual Swiss or internationally qualified lawyers either business oriented generalists or highly specialized in a particular field of law, compliance and/or tax.

This one day training, developed in 2011, is designed to improve managing legal and reputational risks by enhancing the sensitivity of international HR Professionals and Line Managers to the cultural and legal differences when dealing with Labour Law issues in Switzerland.

It is about raising awareness to the most important Do‘s and Dont‘s, simplifying and explaining many of the differences to other legal and regulatory frameworks.
